3GEN Ministries is conducting a video/photo shoot to capture marketing resources for REALMAN promotion. We want you to be a part of it! Bring your sons and come join the fun as we fellowship, work, teach some Man-Skills, and get into some adventure together for the day. Dinner will be provided. The shoot will be held from 3:00pm to 8:00pm on Sunday, December 1 at the Runion Home at 1075 Owens Road, Greer, SC 29651. Since these photos and videos will be used in digital media, video, and print advertising, you will be required to sign a release form that permits us to use your name and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, marketing and promotion purposes. Name & Likeness Usage Agreement *

By checking the box below, I agree to sign the following release form on the day of the shoot on behalf of myself and my son(s). RELEASE FORM: "I hereby give permission to 3GEN Ministries to use my name and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes." I understand that if I don't sign the release form, I will not be able to participate in the video/photo shoot.
