WHAT IS RADIANT?
RADIANT is a long-term discipleship program for mothers and daughters. This program is designed to be led by a group of mothers who desire to raise their daughters together in community.

WHO LEADS A RADIANT GROUP?
YOU DO! If you are a mother, God has called and equipped you (and your husband) to be the primary leader and discipler of your daughters. Every woman in a RADIANT group has different gifts to offer the larger body, and each of you will have unique responsibilities to contribute, plan, teach, and lead.
The mutual leadership of moms in RADIANT is a vital aspect of the experience. It honors the Biblical command for older women to lead the next generation of younger women, while also expanding their influence in the context of authentic community. When a group of women come together and each bring their unique gifts, talents, and resources to the group, their influence is extended in immeasurable ways.
HOW OFTEN DOES A RADIANT GROUP MEET?
Four times a year is recommended. The Annual RADIANT Weekend, along with three additional gatherings…once per season, each year. Four gatherings per year is sufficient to achieve success in the program and create authentic community, but each group is free to meet as often as you would like. Some groups may meet 6 times a year, while others may consider gathering once per month.
how old should girls be when they start radiant?
AGE 5 IS IDEAL, BUT IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START
When a young girl is initiated at age 5, she has up to 14 years to walk through the Five Year Teaching Cycle three times before she graduates from high school and from RADIANT.
You may initiate at a younger age if you prefer, and it is never too late to start. If you are just starting RADIANT with older girls, use all the years that you have left to enjoy and equip them before they leave home!

The Five Year Teaching Cycle is anchored to the Essential Element of Biblical Teaching, our commitment to open the Bible and examine who God is, his love for us, and his intentions in creating us uniquely as females. Each Mark of Radiance is an annual teaching theme that creates a 5-year teaching cycle. Your RADIANT group will cycle through these Marks as many times as you are able.
THE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF RADIANT
Biblical Teaching - A commitment to using our time together to open the Bible and examine what God has to say about femininity.
Reflecting Beauty - A commitment to reflect the beauty of the Lord and His creation through all we do and create.
Celebration and Ceremony - A commitment to honor and praise one another and make space to mark and acknowledge important milestones.
Service - A commitment to coming together to love our neighbors as ourselves, giving generously of our time, skills, and resources.
Life Skills - A commitment to equipping our girls with the knowledge and abilities needed to fully participate in life and be a support to others.
Each of these elements is HOW we lead our groups and pursue Godly radiance together. Whenever possible, these elements are intentionally present every time you gather as a group.

how much does it cost?
Registration fee will be $150-200 for Moms and $75 for each daughter. We are still developing the RADIANT program and product, so cost is subject to change slightly.
With registration, you will receive the RADIANT Mom’s Guide, a Girl’s Guide for each daughter, and a RADIANT welcome kit for each person. The welcome kit will include a RADIANT t-shirt, a journal and a treasure box for each daughter, the first RADIANT MileStone, a pack of stickers, and more! You will also receive all ongoing resources for your group provided by 3GEN Ministries, including access to local RADIANT events.
how do I start a group?
1. BEGIN PRAYING AND ASKING GOD FOR GUIDANCE.
Are You calling me and my daughters to be a part of this?
How do You want me to move forward and take next steps?
Would You lead me to other like-minded women who love You, love Your word, and desire to raise their daughters accordingly?
2. WHO SHOULD BE IN MY RADIANT GROUP?
Who are other women (moms) that I am aligned with Biblically and spiritually?
What other moms share my commitment to intentional parenting?
What other moms value God’s Word above what the culture says?
Who are the women that have something unique and good to offer my daughters?
NOTE: It is tempting to choose according to your daughter’s friends when considering who to build a RADIANT group with. While it is GOOD to include her friends, it is not the MOST IMPORTANT or NECESSARY thing. The number one deciding factor is being aligned with the other moms. The daughters will follow your lead.
